Mission Statement
New Jersey Conference of Mayors Business Council Mission Statement
Central to the mission of the NJCM Business Council is the goal of improving the business environment in municipalities throughout the state of New Jersey. By establishing “Best Practices” in the arena of public/private partnerships, the NJCM Business Council seeks to promote economic development that benefits both private and public entities.
Recognizing that creative public/private partnerships will be a major force in shaping municipalities of the 21st century, the NJCM Business Council, as a subsidiary agency of the New Jersey Conference of Mayors is the conduit by which effective communication will result in a shared growth and prosperity between government and their business partners.
